Two generations. One family craft. Here's how it got here.
David & Brian
Father and son. Same bench.
All Phase Laser carries a name older than the shop itself.
Before Brian picked up a laser, his father David owned and operated All Phase Welding in Florida. Brian worked alongside him as a young man — learning what precision meant, what a handshake meant, and what it looked like to run a business the right way.
Years later, when Brian decided to open his own shop in Knoxville, he named it as a tribute to his dad. And then the story came full circle: David now works alongside Brian in the laser shop. Same bench. Same craft. Different tools.
"Being in the shop and working together is literally the best part of having our own business." — Brian Graham
Firefighter · Owner
Knoxville, Tennessee
Brian is a firefighter in Knoxville who turned a lifelong passion for craftsmanship — honed years earlier in his father's welding shop — into a business serving his own community.
Every job gets his personal attention. He answers his own phone. He takes his own calls. He hand-inspects every finished piece before it leaves the shop.
That's not a marketing angle. That's just how it works when your name, your father's legacy, and your reputation are on every order.
David is a veteran of the Army, National Guard, and Air Force — a military career spanning 1977 to 1990. He started welding in 1973 and eventually opened his own successful welding business, where a young Brian worked alongside him.
In 2005, David and his wife Pamela made the move to Tennessee. He's semi-retired now and travels for work several months a year. The rest of the time, he's all in with All Phase Laser.
When Brian first pitched him the idea for the business, David was in from day one. He's been a part of it ever since — making sales, assembling projects, pressing and packing custom apparel. He does it all.
He's invaluable. And, honestly, he's half the reason the shop feels like home.

Every cut, every engraving, every stitch held to a standard you can feel the moment you hold it.
Straight talk, fair prices, and a handshake that still means something.
Fast responses, fast turnaround. When you need it done, we get it done.
Knoxville proud. Knoxville based. Supporting local makes us all stronger.
Being a firefighter means showing up when it matters most. It means taking care of people. It means attention to detail when the stakes are high.
That's the same mindset Brian brings to every engraving, every custom piece, every preorder campaign. When you hire All Phase Laser, you're not hiring a factory — you're hiring a craftsman who treats your project like it's the only one on his bench.
A look behind the curtain — every piece cut, engraved, and pressed with obsessive attention to detail.
At The Press
Every piece, by hand.
We're not some nameless drop-ship operation. When you order from All Phase Laser, your piece is crafted right here in Knoxville — by hand, by a neighbor, with care.
That means faster turnaround, real communication, and the ability to stop by and pick up your order if you're local. It means when something isn't right, you talk to the person who made it — not a call center.
And for our neighbors in East Tennessee: we'd love to be the shop you tell your friends about.
